Excellent food with outstanding and unique wine pairing &hellip; the infusion bong with fennel and licorice was a nice way to end your dining experience.

We have eaten in many michelin restaurants all over the world and I Due Sud rates in the top three. Wonderful talented chef - surely a 2 star is beckoning!

The restaurant is very nice, classic interior. The food was really good but the it took 3 hours to serve 7 course menu - in my opinion it is too much, sometimes the pause between courses was up to 20-25 min. The service was overall ok, a couple of times I had the water glass empty and the bottle far away.

레스토랑은 매우 훌륭하고 고전적인 인테리어입니다. 음식은 정말 좋았지 만 7 코스 메뉴를 제공하는 데 3 시간이 걸렸습니다. 제 생각에는 너무 많습니다. 때로는 코스 사이의 정지가 20-25 분까지였습니다. 서비스는 전반적으로 괜찮 았고 두 번 물 유리를 비우고 병을 멀리했습니다.

This experience was remarkable from start to finish. The service was impeccable, the food was creative and unbelievably delicious, and the ambience on the lake front is perfect. Highlights were the octopus appetizer (superbly well balanced), focaccia with tomato sauce (melted in the mouth, bursting with flavor), and the most exquisitely simple but luscious pasta dressed subtly with light tomato sauce. Chamomile tea in a siphon-style percolator was a beautiful bit of theater in between the main courses and dessert courses and the perfect non-alcoholic digestif. I would highly recommend this restaurant in all respects. Our favorite experience while in Europe (out of four different Michelin star-ranked restaurants).

이 경험은 처음부터 끝까지 훌륭했습니다. 서비스는 완벽했고 음식은 창의적이고 믿을 수 없을 정도로 맛있었고 호숫가의 분위기는 완벽했습니다. 하이라이트는 문어 전채(매우 잘 균형 잡힌), 토마토 소스를 곁들인 포카치아(입에 녹아서 맛이 일품), 가벼운 토마토 소스를 미묘하게 차려입은 가장 절묘하게 단순하지만 맛있는 파스타였습니다. 사이폰 스타일의 퍼콜레이터에 담긴 카모마일 차는 메인 코스와 디저트 코스와 완벽한 무알코올 소화물 사이의 아름다운 극장이었습니다. 나는이 레스토랑을 모든면에서 강력히 추천 할 것입니다. 유럽에 있는 동안 우리가 가장 좋아하는 경험(미슐랭 스타 등급 레스토랑 4개 중).

Virtually everything about this place was perfect. Not only was the service fantastic. The staff were friendly and playful.Just the way. A fine dining experience should be.  Why they only have one michelin star is a mystery to me. Much more Enjoyable then our experience at a threestar restaurant  in Munich last year.
